Medicare's Annual Enrollment Period

 The Medicare Annual Enrollment Period (AEP) runs from October 15 to December 7, 2023. This is when you can change your Prescription Drug Plan or Medicare Advantage Plan for 2024. 

• If you are interested in us doing a full review, we will need the following two forms filled out and returned from you before we can speak. These forms must be returned to us during the month of September. If you do not return your forms to us in September, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to conduct a review and assist you in selecting a plan for 2024.

o Scope of Appointment Form (download form below) - We must have it on file to help you select and enroll into a new plan for 2024. 

o Medication List (download form below) - We need this form to accurately estimate your Rx costs and coverage for 2024. Although voluntary, without this information, we will not be able to counsel you on the 2024 plans and costs.
